Coincidence, or brilliant strategy by the buyers?[/quote] We had a similar strategy with our escalation clause (we didn’t buy on the hill but used a hill agent and used the house number as our ending digit — helps to have an odd number for your escalation instead of a round figure) and won the bid by just over $1k. I am curious to see what the house goes for. I think the price was a bit high for a 3 bed 3 bath in that location even in this market. [/quote]
