family name hands down or your maiden name or male equivalent
+1000
+2. Give the middle name some heft and meaning, particularly if Grace isn't a family name.
+3 and grace is SO feminine. I’d love it with a masculine or family middle name: Grace Moms Maiden Name Grace Maternal Fathers Name Grace Elizabeth is as boring as you could possibly get and I do NOT care about creativity at all.
Grace Brzęczyszczykiewicz Lee  Something like Grace Cooper Law Grace Smithy Lundt Grace Miller Lee just sounds so balanced, somehow.
Yeah if you're a WASP! Try sticking in a long, hard to pronounce Polish or Italian name in there. Or Irish Grace O'Conner Lombardi. Not so melodious as Grace Cooper Law!
My kid has my Polish last name as her middle. She likes it because it's her mom's name ... and doesn't have to deal with the hassle of people in the DC area having ZERO idea how to pronounce it. It's a middle name, it doesn't have to be melodious.
