I heard that a house on Lexington Place is coming on the market soon. Owned a long time, so probably due for a major reno, but that it literally my dream street...
I love that this is your dream street. I live a block away and it was not nice at all when I moved here (and rumor has it, it was the site a major drug operation prior)....Anyway, it's so lovely now. I'll keep an eye out for "coming soon" signs!
I love single block streets in general and that one is so perfect because it’s just as wide as a normal street (double sidewalk + one way but with parking on both sides plus the houses have front yards) unlike most of the unit streets... And then that street is like Sesame Street; just swarming with kids playing together on the sidewalks and in the alleys. My kids would just love it. You see so few places like that in the city proper... and then it’s also 3 blocks from WF and 10 minutes to Union Station/Eastern Market. Can you tell I’d like to live there?
