IT's There must be something wrong with her and she's ruining her life, because she's married and ahving a baby at 22 instead of galavanting across Europe, getting drunk, having lots of boyfriends, and waiting until she's 25 to get married and struggle with having a baby like I did.[/quote]

Lots of us - in fact, the vast majority of us, according to statistics - didn't have any struggles having a baby after 25 or 30 (or even 35, in my case - not that I'm saying anyone should wait that long!) So no, marriage at 22 is not something to strive for because you fear fertility issues.

And the alternative to a young marriage and parenthood is not going to Europe, getting drunk and having lots of boyfriends. Yes, travel is great, but the point is just to live life and explore the world on your own terms for a while, without having to focus on the intense and consuming needs of a young family.
