[/quote] Well, an early childhood educator (Which they are requesting) with and education degree and 2+ years teaching experience is going to be certified. There aren’t many uncertified teachers with experience and degrees... maybe at a daycare center but I don’t know any teachers that graduated with a degree and got jobs without certification. That’s like asking for someone that went to medical school but not specifically a “doctor.” [/quote]
