Second, he's full of crap.  If he lives in the city, he's lying about his commute; more likely, he's a suburbanite (VA, given his political leanings) and travel to Ashburn every evenig.

I took his complaints about the commute to relate more to the quality than the duration.  Some of you people are so incredibly thin-skinned. It’s like your whole world crumbles if anyone voices any criticism of DC.  You probably aren’t as different from him as you want to believe - i.e., you’re both tiresome. [/quote]
