You moron. The point is that other parts of the country are returning to the field and other activities. The inside the beltway is the one of the only parts of the country still in lockdown. If you pulled your head out and looked outside the bubble, you would see that the work, even Europe, is returning to normal. No Europe is not "normal" and they are following much more detailed and restrictive opening rules.  The US is a free for all.  Because morons like you have to have your kid play soccer.
