I agree. I'm also a lawyer, which is much lower risk than teaching, and still expect my employer to take steps to protect me. That is not to say we should never go back. We should, but we have to figure out how to keep everyone as safe [b]as possible[/b].

This.  "As safe as possible from COVID" is not the only consideration at play, not for schools, and not for anything, really.  COVID is not the only problem in our society.[/quote]
