Yes. Hogan’s Phase 2A measures opened pools at 25% capacity for anything. Yesterday he announced that starting Friday, they can be open at 50% capacity.

Yes, but are any pools actually open?  I'm in a county following the Governor's recommendations, but I have not seen any pool open yet. Most planned to upe this weekend at 25% capacity. I question why, if we have a plan that calls for a gradual reopening, you move to the next step without seeing whether the last step had any impact. I don't get it.  There is no way to determine whether opening pools had any impact.[/quote]

If the plan is to open in stages, that suggests that you evaluate after each restriction is lifted to make sure the infection rate and hospitalizations are not increasing. The Governor previously authorized pools to open at 25% capacity, but most have not opened yet because staffing and procedures had to be worked out.  So without seeing how operating at 25% capacity worked out, the Governor moved to 50%.  That’s not consistent with the plan for staged reopening as I understand it.
