[/quote] There's nothing that works in that scenario and that's entirely backwards. Start with what is best for learning in general and then backfill from there. Wifi hotspots , chromebooks and translated instructions for example. Equity doesn't mean dragging everyone down to the LCD. It means lifting the LCD up.[/quote]
