I don't love Ledo's pizza because I don't "know better."  I'm a pretty big foodie and get plenty of acceptances to my dinner parties.  I have eaten carefully made pizza in DC area (born and raised there), New York, Chicago, California, and now Houston.  My least favorite was California.  They'll stick an avocado on anything.

Pizza in NY is foldable and savory - YUM!
A well-made deep dish is dreamy.
A crisp, blistered thin crust cooked in a wood burning oven is wonderful.

I love them all!  The pizza I don't like is Little Caesar's, Papa John's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Mod, Cici's etc.  These all lack flavor and texture in both crust and toppings.  I personally can eat a well-made pizza everyday - just not necessarily the same pizza.  And that's the wonderful thing about pizza.  There are many different kinds.[/quote]
