Or, that they were threatening Flynn Sr. with going after his son, bankrupting him like they did to him, and intimidating him unless he entered a plea.  
This is the MO of some of these sleazy prosecutors.   And, it is what many have claimed all along.

Any promises that would have been material to the plea agreement have to be made part of the agreement.  If Flynn might be a witness in a case against someone else, that part of the agreement needs to be discoverable.

Yes it was disclosed and it’s been in the media forever that Flynn flipped because they were going after his son.

That's different.  Even though he flipped, there is no evidence that he did it in exchange for not prosecuting his son.  And, if that was the reason, it should have been in the plea agreement.[/quote]
