Usually L/D is the safest place to be because staff rarely gets floated to another unit and they change into hospital scrubs once shift starts. But rumors about nurses being floated to help with influx of Covid19 patients. Without proper unions or ratios I'm afraid we will see more of this but hopefully not. [/quote]
