Hm that doesn't really mean much coming from someone who clearly can't read or comprehend information. Maryland has issued bans on everything to keep people home and at least has less deaths. Virginians are still going about life as usual and infecting each other because their governor doesn't seem to care enough or know enough to issue orders to keep people home.[/quote]
