I see FCV actually cares for “Development” of all players and not only about winning. They go to these showcases and have all great players touching the ball so recruiters can look at them.   While other clubs care about winning towards propaganda.[/quote]

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying.  If you looked at starts and amount of time in games, the starting 11 get the lion's share and the rest scrounge around for the remaining minutes.  So how is this development?  And how is this different than some other clubs?[/quote]
