Maybe she is splurging on the cookies.  Planning a party in her budget for the guests she invited doesn’t make her cheap.  But calling someone else out for, in your opinion, not having enough money to accommodate uninvited guests DOES make you insensitive and not a very nice person.[/quote]

You do realize we are talking about extra cookies here? It's not a big deal. Get back-up cookies--or make your own cookies and put them in gift bag. It's really not a hard problem to solve.[/quote]
