The bracket is a barometer of the over all quality of the team. If a player has a choice between Arlington and FCV for DA next year and all of Arlington's rankings are significantly higher parents will presume that the Arlington core of players is better and may simply be a better team. That may not in fact be the case but it is the perception none the less.

If FCV had a dominant 08 group there would be plenty a Tweet storm about each and every one of their success. Instead, the club needs to promote past success of aging out age groups to act as their boasting.

I would pick Arlington over FCV anyways, and not just over bracket rankings.  Smaller rosters, the club is more loyal to its players without just churning through players and rosters year after year, and I think they have a quality program.  [/quote]

Some people see that as a problem. I have heard complaints about how the teams have not really changed from u9. When you have 6 teams from u9 to u12/u13 you should have a lot more changes. It seems Arlington coaches have some how come up with a system that allows them to ID DA players at u9. If only the results were there it would be a prefect system. [/quote]
