The landscaping OWNER typically owns the truck, tools and equipment.  The Owner can afford a truck(s).  And yes, believe it or not they are Latino very often and they actually have some money. Friggin' stereotyping mofo's. Now - the gas tax does make it more expensive for them to run their business (same as truckers, delivery drivers, etc.), but they can bake that into their pricing. This thread is much ado about nothing.[/quote]
