Wow, MPD rule this as a justifiable homicide  Further, the names of the suspects were NEVER released. This is extremely rare Who are these people? Someone from the Administration? https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/public-safety/death-of-popular-youth-coach-on-capitol-hill-ruled-justified-homicide/2019/12/18/88bc7ab4-2048-11ea-86f3-3b5019d451db_story.html
Someone that really didn't want their name in the papers, yeah. That's surprising. I wonder if the investigation records can be obtained through FOIA.
I’m wondering if the assailants are off duty cops, special forces, or intel community. Or perhaps someone from the diplomatic community. That may explain the odd radio silence on any real details in this case. The entire thing is bizarre and reeks of a cover up.
It's reeked from this summer when they had the suspect on camera and the fight (inside and outside the restaurant). They've known who it was from day one. I thought the murderer was a congressional member's son but yeah it could be special forces/intel. Though you'd think one of them would know not to sucker punch an old man into the ground. (P.S. - If this was one of the black youths of the city, this would have been front page news along with mugshots)
