It's reeked from this summer when they had the suspect on camera and the fight (inside and outside the restaurant).

They've known who it was from day one. I thought the murderer was a congressional member's son but yeah it could be special forces/intel. Though you'd think one of them would know not to sucker punch an old man into the ground.
