I do not think kids will be limited to only one program. But since the central office will be reviewing all applications for all programs and they asked the students to rank their top 3, I think that they could use that information to accept and deny students because they will know whether they are likely to accept and which programs they really want to attend.

But to be honest, we don’t really know how it will work. We do know that the individual programs do not seem happy about this change because they don’t trust the central office to know how select the right students. [/quote]
