Especially in a nonprofit like almost all travel clubs are. If you want to sponsor a kid great. Do it privately out of your pocket. Don't expect the team members to eat the cost. maybe asked the coach deduct it from his salary? There is a fine line between need and want and transparency is important here.[/quote]
