Ok ... obviously many Irish Americans don't look like each other due to intermarriage, but there's absolutely a resemblance for many. It seems more racist to say that Irish people can't have common features but other ethnicities can. That implies that white people are just "white" whereas other people have defining characteristics related to their heritage. [/quote]
