Bobby is, on his best day, seems to be antisocial and egotistical.   After listening to him joystick the teams and his complete inability to have rational  control over his behavior adn outbursts- we have run from FCV.  He has ZERO contacts with coaches and is extremely superficial.  Look at the commitment opportunities since he joined and "took over" that responsibility.  There is one girl on the U17 team commited and she is from another club.  Pre Bobby - the entire U17/18 age group was commited by sophomore year.  I know I know, commitments arent everything or the goal but it is a measure of coaching investment in the girls rather than his social media and personal marketing. He claims contacts and many many coaches in attendance at every breath FCV takes, but there is no data to support this.   We can not be happier we are free of such utter negativity.  Looking back from the outside, I really can't believe we exposed our child to the environment. [/quote]

For one his dedication to growing the # of female coaches by helping current players get started in coaching.[/quote]

Other coaches have done similar things as well as encouraging their players to become refs.
