The middle one is the only one whose hair looks nice- but that is not what any women I've seen, outside of older woman models (the lady with the grey hair in the Lands End catalog comes to mind), looks like.  It isn't just about hair, which just isn't as nice as you age, long short or anything in between.  Your face gets thinner and loses volume as you age too and long hair draws attention to those aging qualities.   [/quote]

This.  Also the lady in the first photo has clearly had Botox and fillers.  So she has a young face with old hair.  If she had a more normal face with that hair she would look MUCH older.  [/quote]

The first woman's hairline has receded a lot too and that long straight style draws attention to it.  She would look a million times better with some long side swept bangs and the length closet to her shoulder.  The hairstyle of a 15 year old is not a good look on a 50 year old and this proves it.[/quote]
