Except those don’t look like they’re even made with Oreos. I suppose if all you do is sprinkle the tiniest bit of Oreo crumb on top of a macaroon that wouldn’t be enough to ruin it.[/quote]

Sure - it's in the buttercream and the shells. Some recipes use more Oreos than others.
