Help me understand something …

The Maryland United FC 2008 ECNL (U12)  **was** the Maryland United FC 2008 Red (U11), correct?  And, now,  Maryland United FC 2008 Red (U12) was  Maryland United FC 2008 White (U11).

The wonderful GotSoccer website has Maryland United FC 2008 Red in the top bracket at OBGC, but that's actually the ECNL team … I think:

Jumping forward to the fall EDP season, I don't see the ECNL team fielded anywhere (they were in the top EDP division while U11).  The new Red/old White is in the 4th EDP division this fall:

Where will the real ECNL/Red team play this fall?  (I have the same question for Bethesda Blue, which doesn't appear in any area league, as far as I can tell.)  Neither team is listed in the USYS league either.

It is just a team name. Often clubs will call them "Pre" DA or ECNL. They likely forgot the Pre part. Nothing to really question when all it really means that it is their U12 A team. [/quote]
