Buy this one - cute, good schools, and close to Metro. https://www.redfin.com/VA/Arlington/6406-Washington-Blvd-22205/home/11239433
^ and 25 min to Metro Center according to Redfin.
That once has been off and on the market since January. Most buyers don't want to be right on a busy road.
Agree but the circular drive and fenced backyard would mitigate some of those concerns. It's just so darn cute and reasonably priced.
Whatever you say, Realtor Randy.
I drive past that house every day. We live between EFC and Ballston Metro, and my husband’s drive to Ballston is equivalent to walking from that house to EFC. His commute is 45 min door to door to Federal Triangle.
How long is his walk from the Ballston parking garage to the actual Metro?
