And as a parent, makes me lose trust in the admin in how they will treat us when we raise concerns. She should have simply paraphrased the basis of the civil lawsuit, indicated that they are taking steps to address the matter, and reiterate their support for families and wish to do some restorative justice. This email is tacky and needed some PR finesse. [/quote]
