I disagree that it's "strange."  In fact it's [b]completely typical[/b] when the suspect is going to be someone who has the means to fight back with the best defense attorneys and private investigators.

You can be sure that law enforcement is crossing their /T/s and dotting /I/s, and making sure their evidence-collection procedures are constitutionally air-tight.  [/quote]

That is why I dislike this investigation. That's an assumption and you know it. There are black/hispanic attackers in this city with no prior history of felony assault and their mugshots are up within an hour and plastered across the 24/7 news like they shot 500 people in Las Vegas the night before.[/quote]
