Did you read the 2018 Pennsylvania report on Catholic Church sex abuse?  The report is an index of frightful physical and psychological violence committed by more than 300 Catholic priests across Pennsylvania who sexually abused children over seven decades and were protected by a hierarchy of church leaders who covered it up.

It recounts how one priest abused five sisters in a single family; how another confessed to raping 15 boys as young as 7; how a victim was bound and whipped with leather straps.

One boy was "repeatedly raped from ages 13 to 15 by a priest who bore down so hard on the boy’s back that it caused severe spine injuries. He became addicted to painkillers and later died of an overdose."

How in the heck can you say priests and bishops and archbishops and cardinals shrugging their shoulders and turning a blind eye to pedophilia isn't sanctioning?
You think I'm saying the Catholic church is disgusting because of a few bad apples who stray from what's written in the Bible but I’m not talking about what’s in the scriptures I’m talking about what’s condoned by the church and it’s hierarchy.[/quote]
