If our government allows people to claim asylum, it’s their job to provide the 2 million diapers.

And caregivers and food and clothing.

Diapers dont change themselves. To properly care for children takes a huge investment. I would seek help from the UN, doctors without borders etc. If Congress has zero solutions, we still need to treat these people humanely. My mom spent 4 years living in US army tents in a refugee camp, as did many folks who immigrated (legally) to the US. We need a process that treats people as humans; they need patience and to understand that entrance is not guaranteed if they dont qualify for asylum.[/quote]

The UN  and Doctors Without Borders are going to leave 3rd world, war torn countries or countries that have been destroyed by war or natural disaster to help people who voluntarily put themselves in less than stellar situations? [b]I don’t think so.[/b][/quote]m
