I seriously do not understand the superiority of people who refuse to post on social media. I’m not someone that does every event or every day or even every week, but seriously what is wrong with sharing moments with your family and friends? Isn’t that what life is about? Why do you take pride in avoiding that? I enjoy seeing my friends’ lives. Isn’t that normal?
You aren’t sharing. You are imposing. If someone in your family or a friend asks for an update and you send it to them, as an individual, then that is sharing. Posting on social media is not sharing, it’s like putting a bumper sticker on your car...unless, your friend list is very specifically CLOSE friends and family, which most people’s are not.
