A Clinical Nurse[/quote] a patient has a right to refuse care from any practitioner for any reason or no reason at all. it may be that this is the only tech there, so she has to switch offices. but OP is well within her rights to refuse to be examined by anyone she doesn't think is competent. true story - my friends dad almost had uncessesary surgery for a bowel obstruction. it was memorial day weekend, and the staff were looking at *someone else's CT scan.* you can't be too careful with this stuff.
