I'm not the PP you're responding to, but... A lot of factors put the Washington Ballet into their "financial hole." Payment of royalties is a very basic obligation for any performing arts organization, whatever its financial situation. I hope the non-payment is somehow part of a plan to pay royalties eventually when finances allow it.[/quote]
