Hers is just typical DCUM insular thinking. [/quote] I'm a Whitman parent and I'm also sure there are significantly more than 20 other non-magnet public schools with similar or better results. People here seem familiar with the top affluent public schools in NY and NJ, but there are others in most major cities. Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Evanston, and lots of other non mid-atlantic or northeast east schools have schools with impressive results year after year. It will be interesting to see how Churchill, BCC, and Wilson did this year as well. [/quote]
