But not with lies and false hope.[/quote] Yes, it would be so unchristian to fill homosexuals with the false hope that they would be treated like heterosexual persons, with the right to express themselves sexually, within the bounds of marriage, and have a family. As long as they know their place, they can be accepted into the Catholic community. They could even become priests -- and many have. They strive to not have sex - especially with other priests, but if they do, they must make a good confession in order to have their soul cleansed so they can perform their priestly duties[/quote]
