Before they had to do full recruitment of all players. That means some who showed up were very good but others not as good. You can’t argue that having GFR will not help, assuming the top players go to the DA team each year. That’s also what happened at FCV and Arlington. A mix of top players staying plus recruitment of others. [/quote]
