Give me Zac Brown Band, Thomas Rhett, Carrie Underwood from a couple of albums ago.  Eric Church, Brad Paisley,  George Strait.

Or some 70's and 80's rock.

Taylor tried to be country.  She isn't.... like a lot of other so called female country artists right now.  They're pop.

I find Taylor's lyrics immature, and I didn't like her before I even knew her name.  Her voice doesn't appeal to me. I changed the station when her songs came on.  It wouldn't have mattered who she is.[/quote]

She tried to be country? Do you have a clue as to her start? She started as a country star. A HUGE one. And when she went pop, the country audience had a hard time letting her go. Like she was on the ACMs or one of those shows and basically had to say “for real, goodbye”.
