While I prefer older homes, I like some new builds. If they have a large enough yard, fit well into the neighborhood, use quality materials, and have nice finishes, then that's great. Most don't. I've been able to get what I need by buying older homes and renovating them, but I'm not opposed to new builds if they also meet my requirements. I even like some modern homes, provided they fit into the setting.[/quote]
