This is what happens when a system/corporation gets too large. In a smaller school district, the community would demand action and the Damascus Principal would have been gone after that WaPo article. [/quote] Have to disagree. The only rational conclusion is after weekly posts of racist debacles and other unseamly scandals at Churchill it's safe to conclude that school is a mess. They need to rework the boundary completely and start over.[/quote]
