Historically players develop and move on to DAs by the other way around.   How many kids have moved on to play at a DA from the club since the Old TD was originally hired?  That would be a good judge of development as well as how many teams are ranked in the Top 50 or Top 100.  This would be a reflection on the coaching staff that the TD hired to development these teams.  [/quote]

The talent is there, but not everyone is interested on moving their kid to DA. I don't care to drive to Arlington or Leesburg 4 times per week during rush hour. I Don' care for my kid to practice strenuously 4 times a week to "earn" a spot on a game over the weekend.
 I'm OK with my kid been part of a team that ranks in the top 5 in the state!!!! Boys 2009,2008,2006,2005,2004,2003... Google it![/quote]
