The main difference between elite teams is not at the top of the depth chart, it is at the middle and bottom. FCV is deeper than all other elite clubs at most age groups. That is why having a predominance of FCV at YNT camps raises questions. The record of any given team does not necessarily correlate to the number of YNT camp selects. At the very least it is a conflict of interest to have a scout with a son or daughter in the area and be making that selection.[/quote]

Let me simplify this for you. The point is that the reason for FCVs success is primarily depth. That does not mean their top talent is going to be better than other clubs by a wide margin as is indicated by their YNT camp selections. [/quote]
