10 years?  If Spirit loses like it has for the past 2 years for even 2 more, Spirit won't make it 10.  No one will put any kid with even a lick of talent there.  You don't have to win every game, but you can't lose every game at every age group and expect to attract any real talent long term.  You can get away with it for a period of time.  After a while, better players star to fall off.  Spirit lost a couple last year; more are leaving this year.  It either changes its strategies, or it will fall apart. [/quote]
