My post had nothing to do with “video games must be your choice of recreation”.

By the way, we had a fabulous home cooked dinner and watched a move tonight, in front of a nice fire.  My son has friends, on his team and outside of his team.
I'm glad you and your husband work out.
It is rare that we have to wake up early to attend a tournament, but if we do we accommodate it by getting to bed early.
50% of our games are local (home games), most of the away games are within a reasonable distance, some games/tournaments turn into weekend trips; which we as a family don't mind.
Yes, we allow our son to play on his phone during portions of drives to away locations.
I am not full of shit.

If this is not for you and your family, fine, but why the hate for families that enjoy the experience?

I really don't get it!
