Tell her you were visited by the police because of her report and ask her for recommendations for local resources for support/parenting skills. You can tell her that the visit from the police was scary and uncomfortable but you understand why it was reported and that you've also tried to explain that to your son. I don't know how you find out about your case. Call CPS yourself and ask?[/quote]
