Playing a lot on JV and developing confidence with IN GAME reps is superior to being on a Varsity roster and getting no reps. Confident JV players regularly jump their peers who were on the Varsity roster as Freshmen or Sophs but had limited reps Pat Spencer the best player in D1, played JV as a Sophomore[/quote]
