THIS is your Harvard - extremely divisive and opportunistic.  Hogg is the perfect pawn in this game.

Your concern for Hogg is touching, but I still don't understand why you care about him being admitted to Harvard.  On the one hand, conservatives are all aghast at the inequity of Hogg being admitted over others who are more deserving, but then talk about how terrible Harvard is.  If it's so terrible, then why do you care if Hogg or anyone else goes there or how many graduations they have or whatever that has absolutely nothing to do with you?[/quote]

You're so absorbed in your bubble that you fail to see the big picture.  Harvard is as opportunistic as Hogg is.  I suppose they deserve each other.  And while I'd like to leave it at that, it only feeds into this division. Everyone is a delicate lily! God forbid someone's feelings should be hurt.

Look - Hogg will be a fly-by-night, as will Ocasio-Cortez for that matter.  all talk, no real experience, no real action

I have to agree with another PP who said Hogg will be Harvard's darling until he pushes the envelope a bit too far.

But the media just loves to pump them up as the latest reformers, and many people (you may be in this category) are all sparkly-eyed over these self-important people.
