Again, if this story is true sorry this happened but it is a pretty unusual and unique set of circumstances and doesn't happen to the majority of homeless families in DC nor to the majority driving out-of-state tags, as the numerous posts on DCUM can attest. Hardly anyone is investigated or called out ... who knows why it happened in her case and I would need more information on this case because most instances do not get investigated DESPITE the cheating.
