We just did and couldn't be happier.  Racist, no, white, yes.  Couldn't take the high taxes and the petty crime in our neighborhood had slowly increased to not so petty, including no longer being able to walk home from the metro we so cherished living by since strong armed robberies and assaults had started to become the norm.  Strange, the powers that be in these areas don't always report the crime going on, so people don't think it exists.  But those of us who live there, do know it is very real.  Why would I stay in an area that has steadily declined for the past decade, let the new people pay for it.[/quote]
