Exactly.  I live in a predominantly AA neighborhood in DC—my neighbors are doctors, lawyers, professors, journalists, etc. Property values are rising and homes start around 800K. We love it here—people are friendly, crime rate is low, and it’s nothing at all like PP’s narrow view of black neighborhoods.  Sad to read, but I guess I’m not surprised.[/quote]
